LAUNCHING FEBRUARY 2026!
EXPLORING OUR INNER THOUGHTS WITH ART
During our first group get together we will explore the words we tell ourselves, through paint. Each person will write down words they wished they said to themselves on paper instead of our current thoughts. We will then paint flowers in vases using the papers each person wrote to themselves. During this session you will learn how to use acrylic paints and color theory.
GUEST SPEAKER: DANICA FACTOR
Danica Factor is a local artist in the Boise, Idaho area. Her professional art career started as a therapy for addressing childhood trauma. She will discuss how art changed her inner dialog and activities she did to rebuild inner confidence.

REWRITING LIMITING BELIEFS THROUGH COLLAGE
During our group get together we will explore the words we tell ourselves, through collage. Each person will write down one or two negative sentences they tell themselves when they are in a quiet moment. We will then anonymously swap cards and make a card with collage papers of what you would tell that person to help them write their limiting belief. During this get together you will learn collaging techniques.
EXPRESSIVE & INTUITIVE CONTOUR DRAWING
During this session, you will learn how to tap into intuition and creativity through expressive contour drawing. Each person will find images that call to them and draw them with one single line (not picking up our pen). We will then fill in the shapes created with different kinds of paints and mediums. During this get together, you will learn how to listen to your intuition, while creating and using line work to start a piece of art.
